I’d gone to Barbados with a friend from school. His dad had a place on a remote beach, the windward side of the island. We had it to ourselves for two weeks and were bored out of our skulls. It was a relief when Neville invited me over. I stayed with him and Billy about 10 days. They were over on the lee side, the water was super clear, great for swimming.
