Neville debates revision and entropy with an Allis-Chalmers physicist

In Milwaukee in May 1949 Neville told a leading Allis Chalmers physicist that a man can go into a state not yet realised, return, and move across a bridge of incidents to its fulfilment, and that the past can be revised; the scientist said entropy forbids it, but months later sent Neville the Science Letter of October 15, 1949, in which Richard Feynman described the positron starting from where it hasn't been.

Reasoning Corrects the existing 1970-05 field_date, which paired the passage's month 'May' with the telling year (1970) rather than the year the passage itself supplies. Neville names the Science Letter issue as 'October the 15th, 1949' two sentences earlier and then dates his own remark to the physicist as 'back in May of that year' -- 'that year' plainly means 1949, the year just named, not the year he is speaking from. This matches the event's own description text ('In Milwaukee in May 1949').
