Library of Congress shelves Neville's books with Emerson rather than under New Thought

A friend of Neville's wrote to the Library of Congress asking that his books be catalogued under the 'New Thought' department. After checking the volumes the Library replied that, because of Neville's bold use of the imagination, the books would have to be placed with those of Emerson and other philosophers. Reported by Jack Holland in TV-Radio Life, April 1955.

Source reported as an accomplished fact in the issue of 15-22 April 1955
Why Checkable against Library of Congress catalogue records if anyone works that source.
Reasoning The exchange is reported in the past tense in the April 1955 issue, which bounds it, and Neville had eight books in print by then. The article gives no date for the correspondence and the journalist has it at second hand, hence probable rather than certain.
