The series opened with "The Power of Awareness".

Reasoning the engagement is dated 1953 by its clippings (CWB file names of 483, 749, 809 and 890); 849 (undated) prints the Wilshire Ebell class 'Monday through Friday, for the three consecutive weeks beginning June 29' (a Monday in 1953) and 'The Power of Awareness' as tomorrow's subject at the Fox-Wilshire; the San Francisco season opened Sunday 19 July 1953 (750), so the four Fox-Wilshire Sundays fell before it, 21 June to 12 July, with 849 printed Saturday 20 June, and the class ended Friday 17 July; an inference, graded down (525, PM 7864)
