Neville discusses physics principle in Milwaukee in May 1949

Neville recounts that in May 1949, in Milwaukee, he described to an Allis-Chalmers physicist the same forward-and-back movement in time and imagination that Richard Feynman later described for the positron in an October 1949 Science Letter article (which the physicist, a subscriber, mailed him that December); Neville notes he reached the same understanding mystically, years before Feynman was awarded the Nobel Prize for it.

Why Only month and year are given, no day.
Reasoning Neville states directly, twice in the same passage, that the Milwaukee conversation happened in May, and fixes the year as 1949 by reference to the dated (15 Oct 1949) Science Letter article the physicist later mailed him about the same claim.
